  3. strange breed southerners, like a bunch of mong zombie drones on the public transport, see no evil hear no evil sort of thing. They probably never looked up from their ipad.
  4. http://www.jackpykeshop.co.uk/hunters-jacket.html theres a size chart on the jack pyke website. i think thats the jacket in question, it looks like medium is a 42-44" chest.
  5. I was looking at one in trader but was but too far to travel, nice motors mate. Yeah had a look at a few local, 30 to 50k on the clock. 6 to 7 grand depending on coulor and plenty of finance options to take the strain off my pocket. Ideal. Strange an all because skodas were a joke when I was a bairn. Vw sorted em right out.
  6. im going to seean octavia vrs estate next week at some point. get 61mpg i think which is shit hot for a 2 litre turbo charged car. they're vw engines so they have enough poke if needs be, and also can drive nice and economically if you choose to.
  7. True as fcuk.... Lowas are quality boots.... but theyre heavy... and only get heavier the muddier they get... Altberg every time for me.... 90% of squaddies wear them out of choice.... the other 10% is made up of scruffs whod rather wear plastic boots and spend the money on fags..... haha i know the type of squaddie you mean. yeah he was the type to get good kit, webbing, boots, decent watch, leatherman, shades (for afghan) etc. spend most of his time in the kit so might as well be comfortable in it i suppose. yeah soon as i get paid, im gonna get myself a pair, that pic y
  8. couple of times ive been out with the spinning rod on the rocks, had nowt all day and the only bites i did have towards the end, the seals took....after some amount of swearing and a bad mood for the drive home. You get over it. Some days you dont think you'll have enough room in the car, some days are shocking, and some days mother nature puts you back in your place saving the seals some hard work, by delivering it to them Best thing about the bad sessions is ive never had two on the bounce. All the best for the next trip out
  9. awesome fun, yeah price wise couldnt do it every weekend.
  10. &ff14=54&ff19=0'>http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/251272706499?lpid=54&device=c&adtype=pla&crdt=0&ff3=1&ff11=ICEP3.0.0&ff12=67&ff13=&ff14=54&ff19=0 possibly this sort of stuff mate, i plan on doing th full shed in it, put some 2x4 up and line it with that before plasterboarding, nice and insulated for the dogs when the temp drops. I imagine it would do the same job around the freezer, then could make a sort of lid out of one so you can take it off to get to the freezer.
  11. plus thanks to maggie oil is owned by private companies, some in london, most of them on the continent...so scotland doesnt actually own that oil. The companies do.
  12. ireland a different story. i know it is, but my point stands. if the vote went in favour of the people wanting a democracy, i think we should give it to you...it hasnt so far, so we havent. But if/when it does...let it be united ireland. i think We should give it to you lol ] its a country an island with the 6 most north eastern counties occupied by british forces .as patrick pearce said as he faced the firing squad...IRELAND UNFREE WILL NEVER BE AT PEACE how right he was . so do you actually agree with me...? because i really cant tell by your post. Its like you agree wi

  14. The people who Ive spoken to dont seem to be giving it much thought beyond the vote, repercussions. Same as the BNP in this country, they would be ok until they actually got anywhere near power, then like a dog chasing a car, when push came to shove...they'd shite themselves and not know what to do. The economy will be the hardest thing for them, i think if they genuinely want it and it goes to vote (much the same with northern ireland) if the vote went the way of independance, then give them it by all means.
  15. can we not have one thread where we're not going on about religion...?
  16. No matter what you buy in life, car, rifle whatever...someone will have had a bad experience with it. All the best with the new rifle mate, hope it delivers for the price tag
  17. Until you're that age and manage to bag yourself a 26 year old...then you'll be high fiving the girls down at bingo
  18. something like this..? unsure of calibre though but it looks pretty small.
  19. a topless pic, sort of an unwritten forum rule, we've all done it...
  20. was gonna get lowas but my mate (was in the army) said hed had both lowas and altbergs and prefered the altbergs, for comfort as well as not being too heavy...add a bit of mud to an already heavy boot and he said thy can be a chore to lug about over fences etc. any truth to this lads? i think altbergs will be my boot of choice, cant be shelling out 200 quid plus on gtx/hunter/super/mountain/bear killer extremes.
  21. did mma, muay thai and brazillian jiu jitsu for around 2 years...the 'my sport is better than your sport' bores me to hell. johnny wilkinson will beat steven gerrard at a game of rugby...likewise, put them against each other in a game off football, and gerrard will win. stupid argument. different sports.
  22. Timewaster!!! Why would you say that.... Unfortunately, J1985 is a moron. I have to deal with him on a daily basis and act as his carer. He's classed as a vulnerable adult. If you could kindly refrain from making my words bigger and changing their colour I'd really appreciate it. I don't want to get into an Internet font war, but if pushed I'll quote you using pink in size 72!
  23. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rb7pR_-7W3w i cant help but liken davidhayes style to steve cunningham, short heavy set, not tall for a heavy weight, probably a natural cruiser likes to come from the outside with big right hands/overhand rights...and that was his wake up call in the cunningham fight. credit where its due the big daft sod came back to win it, hat off to him there...but im not sure if he'd have gotten up from a haye over hand right. we will see.
