screwed on or screwed haha? spot on mate thanks. the red mill was on the advice of the breeder, so the change wouldnt be too big for her..? there was shelves and shelves of it at the stores tho you can get a bit lost in the brands. Any changes in diet should be done slowly with a pup ,so as not to upset its stomach ATVB with your new pup mate, enjoy ok bit at a time, over a couple of weeks? i probably wont do it straight away, get her used to doing the toilet outside first, an explosive diarrhea and non toilet trained dog might be a bit of a bad situation haha! thanks very mu

haha! just checking jack, few people have said it thats all, and they didnt mean screwed on yeah ill try my best mate, cost is an issue at the minute. ill try and get it on as much meat as i can, but at the minute rump steak is out of the question for me even, id be too tempted to scran it if i bought it for the pup haha! Thanks a lot for the advice though, ill definitely give it meat. are you cooking that or raw out of interest?

picking my pup up at the weekend and got a couple of questions, if you can't answer them if you could point me in the direction of some reading material i can get my head in that would be excellent. food wise, i was going to give it red mills. read up on it and it seems cost effective and also a decent mix. the only other one is a greyhound crunch at my country stores, but a lad from work has lurchers and said the more protein (this is 55% protein) the more mental it sends his dogs...any truth to this? and also i was going to let it be a pup until its about 12 weeks and has had its inj

just adding to the issue there, in a twist of irony. yet another fecking post to read

maybe her parents were shit hot on the lamp, its just the thing you cant always judge a pup by its lines. You might not have been lied to. Pricetag can sometimes mean nothing, ive spoken to lads whove been given lurchers for free, or bought them for 50 quid, and theyve been cracking dogs. on big land, lamp, day time. the lot. hope she comes good for you anyway mate.

I think these shows they do are horrible its almost embarrassing to watch.............id love to of seen them try to put someone like Lloyd Honeyghan on a sofa with an opponent and try to get them fired up he could barely string a sentance together !......Its not about who talks the best or who gives the best stare............its just a man against a man in a fight.............the rest of it is just meaningless promotion. yeah i know what you mean, i remember watching the bellew one and thinking 'f**k sake this is cringey' however i will disagree with you on the stare thing. you ca

I used to like groves but after seeing that ringside with him he's a gobby disgrace. Trying to cover up the fact he's bricking it. When I saw them square off at the presser a little while back I saw nothing but fear in groves eyes. Froch will bully him, and then do him. Groves has never been tested. Scraped a win with degale. Used to like him but I'm looking forward to watching him get slapped about now.

http://m.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-tyne-24653725 Im quite balanced, and not usually part of the lynch brigade...but these sorts of things have started happening so much recently it almost takes away how dispicable the crime is. It is always a certain group of people in this country as well. Never a white grooming gang. I genuinely would kill them, paedos, rapists and murderers all on an island like battle royale, and then id still get a good nights sleep after it. I'm sick of seeing it, young white girls, and this is on my doorstep, my nearest decent sized town.

Yeah if those are the only two options it is the lesser of two evils I do agree. But why isn't there a third option, spending time teaching the dog, is it a work thing? I see you live in London have you got no time? Life too busy etc. I'm a country lad so can't understand not putting time into a dog/sport. Went to London once and nearly had a panic attack.
-
sounds like a good tip that, sort of to let the dog know, you're in control and to let them off when its time to work, then back on the lead? seeing a few of the replies its not surprising the rescue centres are chocked full. Binning a dog off because its got poor recall..? crazy.
