Im in need of some advice with my lurcher pup, shes 12 month old and in the last few weeks she seems to be just doing what she wants, not listening to anything i say and just running off. Maybe as she is maturing she may have reached that adolesant phase like a teenager? Cheers in advance for any advice

There making it lamp shy haha
-
Does anybody know the postcode? Thanks
-
This can be corrected, i know of many dogs that were started too young and started to yap behind rabbits ect and were corrected. Just keep it on a lead and dont let it see/run anything for a good couple of months. Hope this sorts it ATB

i used a dried rabbit skin rapped around some newspaper rolled into a ball and sewed it with some fishing line... works a treat

i have a terrier pup she is just over 3 months now, she is 100% with the ferrets and when i caught a rat yesterday to see her reaction she showed hardly no interest in the rat. Do you think being that used to the ferrets she may think she shouldn't kill rats or is she just still abit to young. Advice will be appreciated. Cheers

I need abit of advice with training my lurcher pup to retrieve, ive watched a few dvds such as dave sleights purdeys progress and he has his retrieving socks at 6 weeks old. Mine is 9 weeks and just dosent seem interested it either picks the socks up and shakes them or just sits there uninterested. Any advice would be appreciated. Cheers
