    just an idea, i would go for a walk round during the day knowing ruffly were the vermin is at night knowing where u walk around at night the maybe shove some twigs in the ground as range markers. but i believe its practice make perfect and experience. atb pal chris

    thanks pal. found out this morning as the ranger was second hand it had been dropped and barrel was a bit fooked lol they said that they could sort it, but I'm the typical person that once one think is wrong cause by someone else whats next!! so dug in my pocket and pulled the old fashion plastic out and walked out with a brand new mr wolf. been playing around a zeroing it this afternoon all is good and just a bit of adjusting tomorrow then its sorted. the trigger is one thing I'm going to have to get use to though chris

    100% flask and some boost bars, spare battries for ir scope or torch in the night so on small pouch of tools just incase, and some thick green foam with a bit of pond liner attached to the bottom for a nice bum rest atb pal chris

    ok so after a few problems the last week with the ranger and spending nearly £350 trying to sort it with different things, this morning i decided to trade it in for a new air wolf so hopefilly this will be my last air rifle i buy for a long while so here it is must admit WOW atb guys chris

    I was up at redbeck last night and was swaying between the taipan and the sidewinder but really didn't like the telescopic sun shade on the mtc was a bit cheapy looking and not ery sturdy plus was bit heavier. Yes i looked at the tac one and loved that to but i ened up sticking with my gutt instinct, Thanks for the replys Chris
