Yeah I know. My ferrets wont be hunting often, it's just something I'd like to allow them to do every now and then... (I probably sound like a total newbie, but I have done a lot of research and am a responsible animal keeper)

I got my first ferret the other day, a young chocolate hob. He will be getting a nice girlfriend soon. Anyway, when they are a little older I'd like to maybe take them out for a bit of a hunt, how old should they be when they start?

I live in Australia, so falconry is definitely a no-no for me, but I have always been interested in it. It seems strange for me to say that, as I am a passionate pigeon flyer, but it is such a beautiful sport! I just thought I'd express my views.... Adam.

I am interested in getting a few ferrets, I have years of experience with other animals and ferrets are a species I have always been interested in. I was looking into getting about 3-4 and was wondering how much space they need to live in. The will have plenty of outside time, but how much hutch space do they require? Thanks, Adam!
