    Hi. Thanks to everyone who has contacted me regarding the collar - now sorted thanks For those who missed it I am currently designing a ferret finder that will work on any of debens collars. The next question I would like to ask those who are in the know is what features do people want on a ferret finder? I have seen the mk1 and mk3 debben finders. Do people like to see the LED's? Do you use the search function? Do you like the bleeping noise or would you prefer another tone? Volume controll? Any other suggestions welcomed.

    Hello I am currently building a ferret finder. I building the handset that will be able to locate any of the existing collar transmitters out there. I wondered if any one is located in Dorset that would let me test out my device on one of their collars. or if any one would mind lending me one to test this with. I will provide a free finder for your troubles. Please Pm me for more details.

    Hi thanks for the reply. I am looking to do rabbits foxes and deer. I have plety of permission and hopefully will have a mentor in a few weeks if i can sweet talk the particular person i have in mind.

    Hi I am going to be applying for a FAC. I have 12 years SGC experience but know very little about fire arms. I have been looking at various courses and have found the BASC sporting rifle course http://www.basc.org.uk/en/departments/shooting-standards/basc-training-courses/sporting-rifle-course.cfm Just wonderd if any one else has any experience with this course or can recomend any others? I presume this sort of course may not only provide me with a basic knowlege of fire arms but may also show me in good light with the fire arms officer.

    Hello I have held a SGC for 12 years. I have recently joined a syndicate and now need to shoot rabbits and foxes for vermin controll and the posability of deer stalking. My question is how would you suggest going about my application for a FAC. The only problem I can see is that 2 years ago I had a slight road rage incident. I was not arrested or cautioned for this. I have had a SGC renewel since this incident and the licenising officer had a little chat with me about the incident. I have since then had no further incidents or contact with the police. I am looking to do
