Hi everyone I'm new to this page and was wondering if any one can help me an a mate are going to start sea fishing from shore we have surf caster and rock caster rods we are going to be fishing around Dumfries for mackerel cod pollock and bass with any luck but don't have a clue what riggs we should be buying apart from feathers for mackerel we have fished before just river and lake fishing mainly fly we are going to test the waters next weekend so need to be getting rigs and lures sorted and as there are no good shops round me I have to order of interweb so all help would be very welcome than

thanks for the replys lads I thought it would be harder than a wooden stock my mate's mate has done his howa but I don't know how far he bedded his but he said it works am just not sure what to do my rifle shoots fine am knocking Charlie over at 200 yards no problem so maybe a.just.leave it

Hi everyone I'm thinking of bedding Remy to get that bit more out of my rifle and was wondering if any one has beddid the same rifle in 243 and did it make it more accurate oh it is the standard stock thanks

I use a bit of oil with mine just a few drops down the barrel then pull it through -
I lamp all the time with it bud it does the job

I have the diamond on mmy 243 I do like it but I will be looking for an upgrade soon could do with more magnifcation and bit better low light but that's just my opinion my mate loves it though he wants it for his 22 when I change

Best result this year so far long may it continue . I use a Remington 700 sps 243 with an ase ultra sound mod with a Nikko Stirling dimond 3-12x56 scope and federal 100 grain power shock soft tip it's my first 243 and 2nd year and I love it took some getting use to but works a dream now

Good night last night thanks for all the advice the rain let of for a bit we kept seeing flickers of eyes couldn't call anything in but got to last farm and came across 3 sets of eyes and like you said Charlie caller heads down not looking at lamp hard to pick up in lamp till you lookked through scope and saw 3 cubs playing on there set so we moved bit closer to get a safe back stop sat and wait then vixen came trotting in 4 cubs then got up took vixen first then cubs sat and waited bit longer for dog but no sighns so went home happy knowing the lambs and my duck pond are safe for a while long

Hi everyone I'm in the market for buying a scope mounted lamp the one I'm looking at is the NM 800 I have seen videos of it on you tube and like what I saw but is it as good as they make out is there any one out there that has one or has used one .I will be using it for foxing and rabbiting my land is fell and farmland oh and will it cope on a 243 thanks hope you can help

Hi guys I'm looking to get a scope mounted lamp for my 243 and I'm not sure what to get as there are so many on the market . I'm intrested in the new led tourches as they are easy to carry around but do they do the job . Hope you can help
