Just a guess since as I have only had dogs for a short time compared to some on here ( 35yrs). Food = energy, no food = no energy. Got to agree with socks, it serves no purpose to starve a dog for 24hrs whatsoever, unless of course you're daft enough to listen to old wives tales or compare your dog to the feeding habits and hunting habits of a wolf or a wild dog ect, like some on here.

Yes, go to a reputable clay ground that sells shotguns , try then buy. It dooes not matter what make it is just as long as it fits and shoots well for you, a clay or a pigeon crow pheasant ect will not know if its being hit with a browning baikal or winchester, if it suits you and you can shoot with it, buy it and stick with it.

Would like to see how long his deer x will last on 3 sets of good teeth, hope he takes a shovel, he may just need it,he can put his dog and his ego in the same hole my 1st ever lurcher was a dh x that was doing fox single handed 3 to 4 nights a week but the hole point of this was he said bulls have nothing to offer I don't totally dismiss what a deer x can do gafer I have one myself, but I am not under any illusions whatsoever she will match a good bull or bring anymore to the table that a good all round bull won't, but one thing I do know for sure is, the bull can bring something

I got a dog with bull in it will run you for 3 runs for £1000 aint got a £1000 big man and if i did you would find an excuse just trying to act big in front of your p.c can see right through you. Ok mate I would find a excuse somewhere but if you want a run for a laugh your welcome down I got nothing to hide pal happy hunting me neither, i accept in the new year. As long as the gun was fully functional and safe to use the gun shop will sell you it. The fitting of the gun, did you not try it in the shop, bringing it up to your shoulder ect, not many gun shops will worry if a £500 gun fits or not to be honest, they are no different to any body else selling their products, sad but true , they got your money for a safe and functional gun, thats were the story ends unfortunately. Only advice I would give to anybody for what it's worth is, there is a lot of clay pigeon clubs around now and all will have guns for sale, it's worth calling at these club

Haha im joking mate, i just find it funny this thread hasnt been closed yet, men have offered the man a chance to see a good bull x, and yet he refuses....... is it not obvious hes on the wind up? Of course he's on a wind up ffs, nobody could be so stupid as to make some of the comments that he has, the thick fcuker. Maybe that is why he has been banned so many times on his previous user names.

Now I know you need to get out and about more ffs, I know of a few lads who have deer x and some of them are well below what i would call a good lurcher. I myself have a deer x, I got her for one purpose only and she's doing well for the reason I got her, but there is nothing she can do what a 3/4 grey 1/4 bull cannot do, but there is things what the bull x can do what she won't, and that goes for other deer x's also.

If you have never seen a good bull x you need to get out and about a bit more, or maybe just learn to think before you speak. Cannot believe your statement " I a'int seen a good bull x yet". Maybe when you realise what you are looking at, then you may change your opinions.

Glad you mentioned the 70 & 80's Bird, because in that era the apbt was at it's very best, and maybe on into the really 90's, in them era's there was a lot of game tested dogs on the scene, genuine tested dogs that had been tested against others of the very same standard. Bred to a good greyhound bitch these dogs produced the best bull x runners I've ever seen, I personally know of men who had these dogs and had the pleasure to see a few of them doing their job, 5-6 foxes a night 4-5 times a week, in that era it was easy to find foxes in them numbers.
