In fairness to the lad he held his hands up and said he cannot cull, maybe if he could he would have, I know of some hardened dog men who still to this day cannot cull pups. Now on a more serious note your right Morton, culling would have been the best solution, but not everybody knows somebody who would or could cull a litter of pups.

    Yeah seen it, same dogs attacked the owner a few weeks back, he had to have his arm amputated as a result of the attack. Same man has over a dozen of them in his yard.
