  2. i would/did, and mentioned it at an interview, i used it to show my "dedication" or commitment to something, "Interests, achievements and strengths: Interested in country pursuits. Have my own animals to care for. I have a strong interest in clay pigeon shooting and have with continual practice improved my scores. " I'd elaborate on the fact that its something that i have to do and requires a commitment out of me everyday, ect.... Good luck with getting an apprenticeship its fecking difficult, i'm in my first year at college doing an FCA and was found a work experience / apprenti

I dont think its "fixed" as such, just that there are bias' toward the bigger names... but the show is incredible, i went a few years back, and as someone who is interested in most varieties of dogs found it amazing... just a shame that there are so many nutters floating around buying coats and silly fecking collars and treats and shit... 4. So are we taking wildlife to include all living "wild" things, bugs, birds, mammals, trees, flowers, reptiles etc etc...?
  5. sick of cleaning hutches, so swopping for a court= much more cleaning, your ferts are still going to leave as much muck, just your have a bigger area, so it wont look as bad, but it will still need the same amount of cleaning, if not more I'm happy to do "more" cleaning I would just like to make it easier to do. Im sure scooping out couple of corners of muck once a day, and a proper clean when it needs it, in a nice big shed that i can easily get into will be quicker and easier, for me, than scooping shite out of seemingly every corner of a hutch on my knees, and trying to wash them out
  6. I was thinking of tiling it, so i could sweep it out easily and wash it down. Any one done this?
  7. I'm looking at swapping my ferrets from hutches to a court, for a couple of reasons, mostly because i'm sick of cleaning hutches, which has become a pain in the arse, and aren't staying as clean as i'd like . Im thinking of doing out a 6x4 shed with a shelf to bring the floor area to the equivalant of thier current hutches. I'm looking to see what you guys have done to your courts to help keep them clean, tidy and fresh...? and other modifications you have made which make them more ferret friendly...? Thanks BorderBoy...
  8. I dont think the materials are suitable, if its chipboard, the moisture will get in and it'll swell, rot, and wont last long...
  9. wheres it going to go? inside or out?
  10. Sounds like a good idea... I'll have a go...
  11. Took a nice walk in the sun today, with the hopes of photographing a few songbirds going about there business, but made a few errors and ended up only taking a few, most of which came out too dark... I also took a few flower pictures, which came out better... A daff in the house not sure, cherry blossom i think? Snow drops what do you think? YIS Borderboy...
  12. I definatley think auto focus makes taken good pictures easier... especially wildlife pics, when I find id miss out on the shot, because i wouldn't be able to react quickly enough and get it in decent focus... although when i've got the chance to i sometimes try to manual focus, i think that i focus the image differently to how the lens does... maybe when i have better understanding and ability, i will switch to manual focus..? 18. I'd go for the lincoln, its a bit lighter than the lanber, and mine has been problem free compared to the lanber... we had a a few lanbers because of the same machining errors... although the service was good... but my lincoln has had thousands of shots without skipping a beat... But i'd go with Jasper, buy a second hand berreta... YIS BB
  19. Looks good... We've got a high hedge at the bottom of the garden, which is full of sparrows...
