thanks northernlite, he should make around 25-27 tts hopefully. But its too early to say for sure. But he is from a good line

i agree about the ferreting , but i always start my dogs at night first, only because thats their main job cheers guys ill make some plans for ferreting then

ye i have been going out with him getting him retrieving..he is doing very well, but gets bored very quick even though its only 10 mins at a time and he gets rewards. Was wondering when to show him the lamp really mate

I have a 14 week old bull x i know he still very young...but at what age would you guys start to take your pups out? Some say 12 month, some say start them asap. What is everyones opinion on the subject? Cheers guys

Interesting. Not a big fan of the side by side mate, but a good 20 bore might be the best option. My uncle just bought a berretta 20 bore brand new.. No recoil atall..cracking looking gun too

Got my gun license 18 months ago. Its a heavy gun but a great gun. Me and my cousins have bought a couple hundread pheasents this season, and the gun is abit too big to lug around rough shooting. what would u guys suggest i get that would suit the jobbl better without payin big bucks? Thanks

Fair play this thread is entertaining! I will say this.if people were to choose proven threads like people keep saying then it would be boring imo. So trying new x's and mixing things up keeps things interesting. Why be a sheep and follow everything and everyone??

I have been going out lamping with my cousin for years and always enjoyed it. I have a 9 month old lab which i just started taking shooting..but now i have bought a lurcher, a bull x who is now 14 weeks and looking very well! Any tips or advice ill kindly accept thanks
