Terrier Locator Case Strength Question ........
Clutch replied to Strong Stuff's topic in Earthdogs & Working Terriers
YOU!!!.......are a genious. -
That is a well built terrier right there. Apparently bred right too; to have managed that game off the starting line in two months time. I hope he continues to do well for you. Do you typically work two terriers on the nutria? Is it safer that way, just more efficient, or necessary? Thanks in advance.

The Mark I Deben's I've used in the past were not as good at pin pointing the dog as the Ortovox unit I'm using now.
-
The Deben LRT being approximately the same size as the ORTO should fit in one and the same collar. No extra product needed. You'll be able to verify this when both kits are in your hands.
-
When you are caught up taking care of your mates and countrymen I'd still be interested in a price and payment option(s) for those of us in the states.

bryans ortovox box and coller set
Clutch replied to dehoffmeister's topic in Earthdogs & Working Terriers
That's two pieces of good info there.... I recently got up with the Orto/Barryvox combo. It has worked well for me so far (in the states). I have witnessed the quick fluctuations while the dog is moving and sorting things out. Once the terrier is stable so is the mark. I very much like the Barryvox "mark" function so that I do not have to turn the collar off. Usually I only have one terrier out but on occassion I'll have a second staked out at the dig. It's much quicker to mark that dog before starting to locate the other than it is to unfasten and turn off the collar/transmitter. T -
P&S, Please provide a price, shipping estimate, and preferred method of payment for those of us in the States. Looking forward to sending away for the book. Sounds promising.

Very nice F.R. and crew.

13 calendar days to get to the east coast, US. Off to a good start on it and enjoying it much.

Congrats. I like the look of that terrier.

The pup gets an "attaboy" for that. Nice new dog and shovel. You're off to a good start.
