    I have just put 2 old greys caps (could do with a wash ) and some plastic divider boxes that I use for dry flies in the bag too ? Surely someone must be interested ?

    Got a fly fishing bag, glider it says on top, few marks and stains as its been well used, with a wooden scoop net and extendable walking pole if anyone wants them for 15 quid collected from south moor Stanley County Durham

    Buy an SMK S2 then, a pistol for under £25, spring loaded, recoils and is a laugh... You gotta be kidding... I could prob knock one of those up in the garage ! Lol

    Started my shooting days with a webley pistol, can't remember the model but it was old, my grand pops gave me it, must have been about 8 or 9 at the time, then got Into rifles along came a BSA buccaneer, then a Diana, then I had a couple of years off, the constant was the pistol though, then when I was about 15 I bought a tempest and loved it, been trying to find another one for a decent price but most people want silly money for them, more for nostalgia than anything else, unless anyone has any othe type of fun little pistol they want rid of at a decent price, would be fun to plink in the gar

    The 2240's are a handy little thing that can be modified and tuned quite easily so you could go down that route, otherwise I am sure someone will be along with something second hand for a good price for you, make sure you have a good backstop if plinking in the garden though, good luck with the search !

    Some truly amazing work there, fantastic looking blades and a lot of work gone into them to get to such a high standard, not a simple pattern blade with slightly shaped handle ! This is work of a craftsman indeed, best blades I have ever seen no doubt about it, and the finished articles are stunning, wish I could afford one of them purely as a display piece, you need to keep at the work, you are a maestro sir !

    Yep I'd agree with above, standard issue regal style vice, tools look to be functional and quite a few of them, I would hazard a guess at 60- quid on flea bay, maybe try some close up shots of the bags as there may be some hard to find feathers/materials amongst that lot.

    So I'm off up the woods tomoro, going to try and find a nice shaped fork, also will be marking and possibly cutting my ply to keep my options open, found some ready made bands on eBay for a fiver, do I need to treat the natural fork with anything once I have cut and shaped it ? Oil or varnish etc ? Or do people just leave them natural ? I will probably varnish the ply one if I go with that but do I need to dry the natural one first before I treat that ?

    Hello chaps, thinking of making a catty, not really sure where to start though, can get some 1inch thick plywood and was gunna try that, will it be strong enough ? Not looking at making anything fancy, just functional, also where can I get bands and pouch etc ? How long should they be ? Sorry for all the questions, just trying to avoid a lot of trial and error ya know
