  1. Do you mean our national icon Greavsie??
  2. It seems these days that you cant have a normal name you have to personalise it e.g. Not that Kylie is a normal name but Kyleigh is a name at my kids school. Traycee (WTF!!) is another. Mollee and a boy called Kayle ( I thought that was a type of brassica) and another called Kayleb are children who will grow up to waste a tenth of his life explaining what dickheads their parents were and correcting people on how to spell their names. Black people do a lot of that 'make your own name up' thing i.e. Sharnesa, Sharlenamina Shirlessa etc. which gets on my thruppnies as well. Its as though they
  3. Riohog I see lots of knives for sale, sometimes quoting types of steel, but I never know whether that's the best type for a hunting knife. Yours in this case are 01 Carbon steel. Is that a particularly good type or is it standard for this type of knife? What is the best steel for a hunting knife in your opinion? Im not trying to slag off your product. Im sure they are brilliant , but im just curious. I have lots of knives but Id swap them all for one 'for life' knife, but id have to know it was made from then best metal that could easily be sharpened and keep an edge.
  4. Just seen the news about a bunch of lads from Belgium who drove over for the game. They put 'Wales' into the TomTom and ended up in Wales in Yorkshire.
  5. Have you tried either of them? I'd have to get the feel of them before I made a decision.
  6. Hogue stocks are no trouble, they're just not particularly aesthetic. It depends what you want from your rifle. I got a Howa with a Hogue in 223, and its great for lamping, as the rifle stock picks up dinks and scratches in the back of the pickup which you wouldn't want on your polished walnut stock. I reload for mine and two days ago I put three shots through the same hole .Accurate as you like and I get a 1" group with factory Win Varm X. I got no problem with my mag conversion either. Works perfectly. Tikkas are brilliant. I've got one in 243 with a GRS stock on which I use for 'posh '
  7. He'll be back. No one put a stake through his heart
  8. Air rifle pellets in a tictac box. Give it a shake. End of. Sweet as.

  10. Anyone interested in buying the above. Original and metal. I have 3 for sale @£25 each plus P and P. If you buy em all, you can have em for £60 plus P and P This is my first sale so be gentle Skully
  11. Stupid thing is, it works on other forums just not this one. I have a lot of probs with this one particularly in getting it to load up.
  12. I think im half way there with this method I can now get the photos to appear in the draft post, but when I press post new topic it wont let it through because of problems with the photographs. So frustrating
  13. I bet he's on his way for a 'Costa'. Drink TEA! He's got something that looks like a penis, only smaller
  14. She probably thought you were being racist I don't know where the enjoyment is in drinking a bowl (with a handle on) of warm milk with a drawing on top, vaguely disguised as coffee and called something fancy like cappofrappilattemochachino, then paying £3.50p for the 'priveledge'. I thought that milk prices were at their lowest prices ever. Not in Costa etc Drink tea like a man. Grow some balls and puts hairs on yer chest. Coffee's for women you tarts!!
  15. Best advice. Provide cover and tons of insects. Our pen is full of em.
  16. Ive been trying to upload photos onto the forums for a few weeks now. Ive opened a photobucket account and have got as far as clicking on the image tag above. I know how to copy the URL and paste it into the box, but it only ever presents the photo as a small box with an x in it. I can adjust the size of this box, but for the life of me I cant get the photo onto the post. Can anyone show me where Im going wrong. I read Malts guide from a few years ago but its not working,
  17. Clues in the title isn't it? Cheers bud. because its a plastic thread though, filing could leave a sharp edge which could damage it, so I was looking for something 'factory. Thanks tho
  18. Hmmmm the name of the eBay seller rings a bell! Perhaps his originating post should have said "hi made a kist trap today and am selling a few.. good idea?"
  19. E bay selling them for £40. Looks a bit like a wooden fox trap.
  20. Anyone care to explain?. May be post a picture of said trap and how it works...??
  21. Whats a half/jam nut? Got a picture of one?
  22. The Warrener or Johnny Kingdom? Which do you prefer? Which one would you trust to advise you on matters of the country?Personally, Pat Carey seems to be a bloke that will recommend anything for a pound. Johnny Kingdom seems a bit clueless.
