hi guys my name is danny just got back into ferreting this year and was really enjoying it and getting good numbers and then for no reason at all really my 2 jills died and couldnt brinig myself to replace them as i got quite attached to them just wandering if anyone would let me tag along just to get back into it as its late in the season to get new ferrets and equipment i come from berkshire and i9 drive so dont mind picking people up got some permissions if needed thanks

hi guys not posted for a while started back ferreting this season and was doing really well and for no reason wats so ever my ferrets died and i was gutted got really attached to them and never replaced them so looking to try and tag along with someone to try and get back into i live in berkshire but will travel a bit not expecting big bags just good to get back at it thanks all offers will be appreciated danny

hi guys got rid of my gear a few weeks ago and really regret it just want to get out have got permission but have not got any equipment or ferrets so need to get out with people with ferrets nets etc thankd pm if interested

Hi guys just really fed up atm got rid of all my equipment and ferrets a month or so ago and just didnt think i would ever miss it as much as i am.reason for gettin rid is my landlord want allow pets and he was giving my missus a hard time about it and it just all got to much in the end but i really am well gutted i have permissions and would really like for anyone to come along and i will take them as long as they have equipment as i have not got a thing now if your interested pm me and im in berkshire thanks

hi guys just got home from a proper day out and i have decided that this sport just isnt for me. the gutting and killing just was not for me. as i say there are 2 extremeley good working jills and nets and carry box its all free to good home just give me a pm and we can sort it out i live in wokingham which isnt far from reading atb danny

hi guys just been handling my jills and they both have like grazes on there feet and one on the back of em is this were they will be working or playing in the hutch or flees or something they did have ticks but they are sorted out now any info would help thanks

hi guys one of my jills has lost most of its hair on its tail and she has had a couple of ticks on her just which are off now just wandered if this was normal and would make her bad tempered and not work right. is there anything i could do atb danny

Hi all had agood morning for a couple of hours found some really nice sets quite clean and easy to do just quite big had only twenty nets and prob could have donbe with 50 on some of the sets to big for on my own really none the less had good day got six rabbits and missed about 5 through some bolt hoiles i didnt even see lol!! well i have to say out of my 2 new jills one of them is fantatsic do what you want to her and she is a really good worker she bolted every rabbit to day but my other ine i just cant work out she lovely to handle once you have got hold of her but put her down a hole she

Hi guys just wandering wat you all think i ferreted a load of burys yesterday and was thinking of going back tomorow to give it another crack or would you say it was to soon for the burys to be ocuppied again thanks

Was out today doing some really big sets missed a few and sure there was more about.would you go back to the same sets the weekend or would you give it longer to rest than that.thanks guys. also one of my ferrets is brilliant worker easy to handle and the other one is a bitch easy to handle once you have her in your hands but put her in ahole shes up with in a minute and then she a right pain to pick up and hides just out of reach in the hole dont no if shes working right bolted a couple of rabbits but no were near as many as the other one there both year old jills any advice thanks atb

Wel finished work earley so decided to get a few hours in on a new bit of permission. so got there and having a look about and found loads of burys in the rosedendrains quite open in some areas and really thick in overs. so put my nets out in the first bury and ferret down and with in 5 mins had 2 rabbits out of the same whole more or less following each other within seconds of renetting.then the ferret goes back in then i miss 2 really hard work on your own 15 16 nets out and cant keep eye out on all of em most of the day was like this burys to big to do on my own wel ended up with 6 rabbit

Hi all just started ferreting again love getting out just really low on permissions after a long time off looking for a day out anytime can drive with in 50 miles of reading have ferrets and nets just looking for a good day out thanks guys

wel out again had a great day my jills on there second outing and wat an improvement already bolted rabbits on all 6 burrows. Ended up having 5 rabbits and missed 2 my mate never been before and he grabbed rabbit and panicked and dropped it 'wat a prat' ! Just a quick mention guys i thought it would be a good idea toady to let the ferrets play with a rabbit today but when i tried to take it away the smallest of my jills went absoloutely mad trying to bite my feet hands everything really.They are always so wel behaved really never bite since iv had them just made me a bit nervous of it now real

had my first few hours out in years today really enjoyed it.Used my 2 new jills today first time they ever worked.We got 3 rabbits bolted in the first burrow took them a while to get em to bolt though eould love to get some advice on getting to work a bit better they come up alot out of the burrows think they did really well for the first time done 4 burrows bolted on 2 of em.just on an average how long should i give a ferret on a burrow of about 8 holes thanks any advice would be appreciated
