    You can only shoot the ones that are within range, so if it is too far aware (or close enough but you still miss) tell yourself it was not a wood pigeon. That will make you feel better

    I love Eley subs, but a few years ago they were hard to get for a while and I ended up with some Winchester subs. Both grouped pretty much the same at 40 yards, but the Winchester grouped an inch higher and 2 inches to the right of the Winchesters. So whatever ammo you intend to shoot should be the one your zero with.

    Chokes actually have nothing to do with the spread of shot at all, they only control your mind !!! For years I have used 3/4 in a Benelli semi for clays, foxes and everything else, but but back in November I decoyed some wood pigeon so close they turned into mince meat. The logically step seemed to be a looser choke as I could then not miss, but as soon as I put that in I hit nothing at all. Back to the 3/4 and everything is hit again

    I don't dive in the UK anymore, so four of my five cylinders have to go. They are all Faber 12 litre 232 bar in excellent condition. None of the tanks have been in water for the last six years and instead have been used to refill an air rifle and stored in a warm, dry spare bedroom. They can be either supplied as is, or I will have the local dive shop do a hydro test (and fill) for an additional £40. Simplest is collection from Felixstowe, but they can also be collected from Romsey, or West Ewell if you don't mind waiting a few weeks. Alternatively I am happy to ship at c

    I love my Benelli, but he Vinci looks horrible, just not nice lines at all.

    My dog loves cat fur collars to keep him warm in the winter and now brings them to me to be tied on. The only time he doesn't kill a cat is when he thinks the fur colour will clash with the ones he is already wearing. In the summer he just kills next doors carp so he doesn't get too hot wearing them.

    By half gun they mean a semi or pump action as it only has one barrel. They give you a discount to encourage people to use these as it gives a bit or variety to the shoot. If you have one with a black folding stock and agree to wear desert army camouflage you may be able to get an even better price

    I had permission for a 243 and 308 when I got my FAC 12 years ago. I bought the 243 first and never found the need to get the 308 and in fact did a one for one variation to get a 17HMR.

    It's not just dependent on your bank balance. Yes, if you are rich, you can hire a good lawyer, but at the other end if you are a scrounging, useless layabout, criminal, fraudulent piece of sh*t you get all the help you want as well. It's just decent people in the middle who are F**** over.
