amen to that..... i said my pup is mature and doing as much as a 12 month old dog that my mates got jumping catching and remember people telling me his dog must be shit. Good luck with your dog mate, I hope this cross works out for you. You seem happy enough with how the pup is coming on. I ain't got anything against you and the dog but I've got a good memory. You originally said that your dog was doing more at 6 months than other dogs of 12 months. You never mentioned a mates dog. People warned you against starting the dog too early and said it might not make old bones. I think

Spot on. It's fashionable amongst certain people to pretend to be from gipsy stock or to pretend to be didikois and they then try and put forward this belief that they have these unbelievable dogs that can do anything. I've seen good dogs that some of the gipsy boys around here run and those dogs are treated very well, heated kennels, proper food, proper rest and training. I also seen some proper crap, that are kept in open yards with scraps thrown at them, who are only taken out when they're worked and expected to be world beaters because they come from decent lines and the owners have give

As long as it's your intention to drive the hens towards a line of guns then crack on!! The law is an ass in this case. Those that suffer losses to livestock cannot protect their lambs/chickens/etc but if you run a shoot you can protect your pheasants/partridge/grouse. There is no mention of how many birds you need to put down to take advantage of the law. So buy 10 poults release them on your permission and keep your receipt.

i was thinking the same mate it looked a very game dog if i am honest. gamer than most of the bull xs i have seen Are you judging that dog on that clip? i am indeed if its getting on your tits that bad drop me a pm... Sorry, is there anything in my question that suggests that it's getting on my tits? I've got nothing to send you a PM about, I can say it on here. The reason I asked my question was because I thought that you may have seen more than the brief clip from a dodgy collar cam and a dog being pulled off a juvenile CWD. I would have asked you to point me in

It looks like we've finally caught up with the Americans and the crystal meth has taken a hold here.

It's about 6 and a half hours in the motor. I had a holiday up in Inverness, on the Black Isle a few years back. I had my dog with me and we wandered all over the forest there and never even saw a rabbit!! I shot a bunny in Morrisons car park with my catapult!! Beautiful country though.

West Sussex.

You can come and see my dog run whenever you want Baw. The offer stands!
-
Hahaha bless ya I'm fed up not hard up!!! I'm not a bad looking fella ...................when we're out lamping! Daylight don't agree with my features.
-
It's not a case of arselicking Baw, its just testament to my breed blindness. But that's me!
-
That's good Baw, that's all I ever needed. Now go and spread the word that greyhounds aren't useless!
-
Lol!! I think the night vision is what stops him crashing into everything!

You never said that, read back........you said you'd only seen ex racers work. You'd have said that you'd worked ex racers and had seen dogs at coursing events. I bet the owners of some of those Waterloo Cup dogs that you're describing as "pish" would like to see the wonder dogs that you work. At 11 years old you were able to tell a good dog from a bad 'un. You're a feckin child prodigy!! Are you on medication? I don't run the Fens, I'm not a hare man. As for my "wee" friend, he's better known than me on here and he's run out with a few fellas on here. Tripe is what your spouting, have

Lol!!!!!! You are a bigger fool than I thought!! A whippet? Me? I won't even have any whippet blood in a Lurcher, I like a dog that's over 28" TTS and don't like yappers.
-
I don't think one is better than the other, I see the different qualities in other types of Lurcher too. I may never want to own one but it doesn't mean I can't admire the qualities that make them excel. I run a Lurcher/longdog myself at the moment and for what I want he's better than a pure grey. I don't like people slagging off an entire breed and spreading nonsense about the working ability of that breed when they have no experience or knowledge of the breed in question. And I don't like smart arses calling me a liar like you did in your opening post. Loads on here have seen grey

It's just know nothing Internet experts talking when they should be listening. I reckon Baw should bring his slow dog and I'll bring my fast one and we'll see who does the best on a night out.

What are.you on about? The majority of greyhounds in this country are used for racing but this isn't about racing dogs. You're such a fan of quoting me, show me where I said greyhounds had great feet. They haven't got feet that get smashed up everytime they're out, anymore than any other dog. Some have good feet some have bad feet. You've not answered my questions with regard to the other breeds I mentioned because you do t know the answers. Long toes don't make a dog slower or more prone to injury. A faster dog is more likely to hit stuff than a slower dog? Are you seriously offering that u
