    Hi all I'm 17 and have had ferrets since I was 14 my folks have never been into hunting so have taught myself along the way with books websites forums etc. I've been out lamping a fair bit with mates and I've finally convinced the folks to let me get a lurcher the litter I'll be picking from is my mams farriers just wondering what would you look for in a pup when looking at a litter. Also we've got a cocker bitch so would a dog or bitch be more suitable for them to get along. Thanks Cappsy

    Hi on one of my permissions there's loads of warrens under the trees and I'm having trouble getting the purse nets to go on the holes properly lost 4 today because of it any help and advise much appreciated.

    I've just bought my hob a new bigger hutch however he doesn't seem at all settled he's pacing up and down at the bottom level what to do bearing in mind only put him in it this afternoon?

    Was the same with my hob couple of weeks ago but his tail hairs grown back now thicker than ever.

    Hi quite new to ferreting and got a hob that works well but when the warrens clear pokes his head out and when I go to pick him up backs back in again. So I've got to wait for ages for him to fully come out or just grab him really quick It's no real problem just a bit of a pain anyone know how I can make him easier to pick up.
