I have a question for you all, it may be a touchy subject to answer but i would like to hear honest answers. Here in Australia, it is illegal to practice falconry. It is, however, not illegal to train raptors to free fly for the purposes of rehabilitation. This is not falconry, nor are the rehabilitators falconers. There are however people who do practice and take game, i have not to my knowledge heard of any person being prosecuted to date, possibly due to the fact that it would be very hard to police. Hello, a quick introduction and a bit about myself. My name is Beau, i am from Australia, my interest in hunting as follows; Bow hunting, i have been involved in archery since i was 5 yrs old when i was first introduced to it from my grandfather,later on he introduced me to bowhunting, he schooled me on how to spot and stalk and basically taught all i needed to know and i have never stopped practising, its not something i do as a pass time, its part of who i am, its in my bones Other interests are falconry: i have absolutly no knowledge about this what so ever, at the moment for me
