  1. I paid £970.00 (hope the mrs doesn't see this post)
  2. Brand new rifle, never been fired. I'm not sure what this rifle is worth on the second-hand market so some help here would be appreciated. As above, this rifle is as it was out of the box. I have had a change in job and haven't been able to use it. It's a shame to move it on but priorities insist on getting in the way. Apologies about the rubbish picture - If you want any different ones, let me know.
  3. Ihave a few of these filling adapters to fill steyr cylinders from 300 bar bottles. They will probably fit other brands but I don't have any to try it with. Price is £10 delivered.
  4. Bump! Still for sale. Anyone interedted? Will upload pics this week but will send as a priority if requested. This would be the perfect xmas prezzie to get yourself!

  6. I have had this rifle since new and haven't really used it much. It's the most accurate springer i've ever owned and has never given me any problems. I'm having to sell it to fund an FAC project (regrettably) The Rifle: Air Arms Pro Sport Walnut Stock R/H .22 There are a couple of small marks on the rifle: Next to the underlever On the end of the barrel On the underlever itself (These will be detailed in the pictures) I still have the scope (Hawke Nite Eye SR6 reticle IR 4-16x50) so if someone wants a package we could discuss a price. http://i901.photobucket.com/albums/a...pse3ba721c.jpg

  10. hi. if this is still for sale, which reticle does it have? Cheers.
  11. Here we have my other air rifle for sale. A Prestige KUB Thumbhole .177 I have had this a bit longer than my Air Arms but it still shoots just as well. It's probably about a year and a half old and comes with 2 mags. The Thumbhole stock is amazing and has some great tiger striping. There are a few dinks (all in the pictures) to be expected when it has been used practically. The only issue I have had is that the mag used to get slightly pushed out when cocking but I had the rifle returned under warantee to the manufacturers and they fitted a shim to prevent this happening again. Comes with

  13. What mod is on your .243? I was thinking maybe a wildcat for mine but not sure what works best. I'll probably go for an american, nice and light! R
  14. Had my SGC for a good few years and finally decided to go for an FAC. All been passed, had the interview and have managed to get myself a .22lr and .243 cleared! Cert should be waiting for me when i get home from work tomorrow I've decided to go fro a Howa 1500 for the .243 - not decided on a stock yet. Can anyone chime in who has or has had one? I'm not 100% which feels best to shoot. I know it's generally a personal thing but opinions are always appreciated. I saw online that the varmint barrel was available fluted, does this affect recoil that much? If not I may order the flute
  15. Yep, all tips help mate. I still haven't got chance to get out there. Been working silly hours 7 days a week. Makes me a very dull boy indeed.... (emotionally - not mentally)
  16. what is the best way to handle them? I'm not sure i know anyone that goes for pike. It's all specimen these days... R
  17. Abosulte scum! I don't see them up there diving for their country! They should name and shame them!
  18. I can't wait to get out there to be honest. Just need to sort my rod and reel out this week! R
  19. liking the 4inch is this still for sale? R
  20. Thanks again for all the help. its much appreciated. Now to find someone to teach me! here's a couple of pics of one of the areas i have access too... Im not sure if these are the best places to look for Pike but ive been told there are a few good ones about. R
  21. to be honest as long as the crown is good then performance shouldnt be too much differrent. once you chop the barrell you'll need to get it re-crowned if you aren't doing this yourself. You may lose a little velocity and a little long range accurancy but nothing to write home about. Remember they also make the in a carbine too! They even come direct from hull cartridge in a carbine, threaded with a mod on too. Just dont go below the barrell length of an 80k. R
