  1. The two teeth that need root canal where smashed 25 years ago. A Land Rover was on a 4' farm jack, the vehicle slipped and the handle came uphit me up the jaw and took me off my feet. Didn't quite knock me out, but there were stars. I had a mouth full of blood with what I thought were jaw bone bits turns out the bits were teeth. I've had the fixed twice since then and they told me it was gonna be root canal eventually. The implant for the other side was a tooth I lost years ago. Went through a front door 40 odd years ago, having a bit of a bundle at a party. Apart from that my teeth ar
  2. Feck, that's got it going on Might treat myself to some going out pearlies.
  3. Get myself some Turkey teeth for a start it's finding the time to go away and the cost to me leaving my business, dogs etc. Then there is taking my dollar out the cuntry, I rather not spend any of my money in that direction. Then there is the skill and reliability of the individual dentist. Then the big one, the guarantee, if any. The after care and come backs. I'd like to be able to go knock on a door if summit went wrong. I'm sure there's loads of decent dentist over there, as there will be all over the world. I've seen decent work from a few countries, Hungary, Thailand and Turkey.
  4. The more educated my palate has gotten, the more I like the deeper flavours of the meat. Marrow, connective tissue, cartlidge, fats, etc etc. Shame you're not about, I've got pretty smart with the ol smoked produce. Christmas orders have increased year on year. I don't advertise at all, couldn't deal with the amount of work it would generate.
  5. There is NO NHS dentists around me and when you are looking at an investment like mine, that's when you want the best trades men/women doing it. It just so happens my customer has got his own practice. he looked at a past CT scan I had and gave me a once over on the bench outside, using my Maglight. Free of charge obvs.
  6. Would I be going down the Rapper route instead of the Gypo one? Bling me up Daddy O.
  7. Nice. My next move is gonna be near public transport and walking distance to the shops. perfect would be a bit of ground sloping down to a river, with a small parcel of woodland. Not so bothered about the house, as long as it had a large entertaining room/kitchen and a bedroom or two. No neighbours is always a plus.
  8. They want 8k to sort mine out. 2 root canals plus crowns, an implant and removal of two pointless wisdom teeth. None of which are giving me any trouble and the dentist is a customer of mine. He did say £ notes are better,we can talk about it the cost and he'd let me pay in bits. But even so, farkin expensive. Harley Street eh! Might go down the Gypo route and get some gold ones. Anyone sporting gold hampsteads?
  9. I wear "Guy Cotton" stuff for a lot of outside wet stuff. Problem is. its 100% NOT breathable, but very tough and 100% waterproof until you tear them, which is difficult.
  10. Scrag end or neck is one of the most flaversome cuts. Used to give to the dogs, now I make the most tasty meals from bone cuts. Venison shank is up there with my favs at the mo, makes a wicked gravey. These bone cut are big business on the chefy front, pure flavour. Scrag end isn't a cheap cut anymore. I cooked a neck fillet from one of our lambs once on the fire. though as, but also tasty as. Regarding the original post, Corn Beef. Although I've eaten a sandwich from time to time and also a few West Indian numbers. I have never had it in my childhood home and have never bought a c
  11. I suppose you've got to make it palatable.
  12. Tell him, don't bother All joking aside, I'd go the way you thought. For the simple reason, the bigger bitch would carry the pups better and the chance of increasing the size of the running dog wanted. What dogs has he got lined up?
  13. Back in the day when you could still weigh in your fox skins? We used to get between £3-£7
  14. Yes, sorry. Makes sense
  15. Is that vth is that that Eagle hybrid? looks like proper Harris there. What weight is it flying at?
  16. Check out the geezer with the green hat on. Brilliant
  17. I have been a supporting member of the NFU for over 24 years, both physically and financially. Still not bothered about my British Gaelic Nordic mongrelised Pedigree, we are all white and it's not looking to change. Although my son it dating a tall pretty Portuguese bird at the mo, That may change things a bit, saying that, she is a decent shade, so should look good if a Grandchild appears
  18. You weren't born in 1948 or haven't lived in that area, I could say that about loads of people. My family come from all around that area and were pushed out by the Germans, I ain't moaning about the Germans. It has been going that way for more than 50 years, have you only just noticed?
  19. The stability of everyone's future is in doubt, that's why these people end up here. Me personally I'am concerned about the future of our food and not our pedigree.
  20. yes but there has always been Asians. Same as any species, they can only move in when people move out. I have not stopped going to those areas all my life and it has been a slow process over the last 50 years. in fact places like Leyton, Walthamstow, Hackney etc have all started to go the other way with Gentrification. House prices have boomed and the poor Asians have been pushed out
  21. Canvey Island will have some cheaper rent or some of the Medway towns in Kent. Depends on your budget and what you are doing for a living. I think Greymans idea is a gooden.
  22. Could always get a herder type and work them on some of the locals around the globe, catch and release like. Wont be Lurcher or Terrier work, but it's working ya dogs.
  23. It's been like that for decades. I was there a few weeks ago, seemed no different. Most Indian restaurants in the south of England, if not the UK are run by Bangladeshis, nothing new about that. Doesn't help generally when people say "the cuntry is going down hill, I'm gonna move abroad" that cracks me up. Put it this way, if something terrible is coming, which it has been since I've been born apparently. I'm yet to see owt but immigration from all over the world and that is human nature for various reasons. IF that something happens, I will be right here to defend my space and my cuntry
