    I have recently brought a Non-ped Whippet from the "Spirit of the Stag" camp. She is 11 weeks old and she sits, stays, understands box, she retreves to hand, is toilet trained indoors, even though she lives outside, recall is great and she is as game as(not hard as) my Bull/Greyhound pup at the moment who is 17 weeks old. So dumb I think not but as for stamina she will probably not be great but I dont think she will need to run that far to catch her prey and given enough breather inbetween runs I'll think she will be OK. All in all I think a good cross for your Saluki x, good luck.

    Slugs love the dogs shit when they eat dryed food, seen loads in my old place eating the poo(at night). Thats what the slugs were probably after the dryed food or the poo. Slugs can get in any where and if there is a lack of food about a short climb or squeeze into a hutch and bingo you ferret is eating MEAT.

    I`ve been keeping ferrets for 30 plus years, and a couple of months ago I put my hob on a diet .But he did not lose any weight. When I went out to feed him tonight he was chewing on and eating a slug.When presented with food (dried) he had a sniff and went back to his slug :sick: . fecking brilliant.

    Good food, plenty of meat. Cut the dreads off. One of my dogs is six and has only ever had three baths and his coat is as shiney as feck. I'm sure if he stayed indoors he would of had more, but as said dont bath to often.

    Now I dont wish to insult any one, I usually have some face hair in winter, but I think there are a lot more mustaches north of Watford. Saying that there are quite a few in Kent that I have noticed since I moved here from London where mostly Asian men and women wear them. I must say Airgunner yours is the Daddy.

    I have lost my ferret on a few occations over the years and have had good results with live rabbit traps baited with meat.
