It's been like that for decades. I was there a few weeks ago, seemed no different. Most Indian restaurants in the south of England, if not the UK are run by Bangladeshis, nothing new about that. Robbing fishing gear has gone on since I have been fishing and that was 50 years this year. We always used to go mob handed night fishing as youngsters. Nowadays I'd use a dog and true intention. Saying that I haven't fished a public water for over 20 years and most of my fishing gear wouldn't fetch a good price on the black market.
