None of that sounds like you were bad or destined for a life in crime and no different than what most kids get up to. It does sound like your were really unlucky to keep getting caught though

I’m divided on this issue, one of my lads has almost certainly got Aspergers, some of his ways are strange (to me) beyond words but hes a good lad and no trouble. The other met with a girl who’s whole family are on some sort of medication for anxiety or depression and he seemed to slip into their mindset to the point he now is waiting to be tested (takes 2 years) and has almost been sectioned on a number of occasions. For us it was hard as when he lived with us he had no issues and wasn’t on medication even though he claims he just kept it under wraps. We have a wonderful Grandson and Gra

Whenever I see your name next to a post I always think of this for some reason

Yep those nettle tea bags were £3.50 for 20, I did use them twice though. A great deal is about how you cook as well, Bacon with the fat cut off, brown bread for toast, small amount of baked beans, poached egg instead of fried and grilled tomatoes and mushrooms instead of fried, a relatively health full English with 3 of your 5 a day.

Ive been referencing this book its really interesting that certain spices and herbs potentially have medicinal qualities

Golden milk was another I've been trying the milk has to be hot for the turmeric to work and black pepper releases the curcumin in the turmeric. Like I said bit of a rabbit hole when you get going interesting looking into it all if nothing else.

Got the bags from Holland and Barratts I tried fresh nettle but it was rank compared to the bags that were surprisingly refreshing. I've just ordered a big bag of dried from ebay and a strainer from Temu Im hoping they will taste the same as the bags.

Took your advice mate but went down the nettle tea route, been having two cups a day for 3 weeks now and gone from getting up 4/5 times a night to once myself so can honestly recommend GM's advice. Problem is I've gone down a bit of a rabbit hole now bought a herbal remedies book and confused myself something terrible appears every root, leaf and fungi has some sort of healing properties it appears Anyone tried Ashwagandha, reading good things about it ?

Nope, he's head of the neighbourhood watch trying to resolve the issue and paying for the sandwiches at every neighbourhood watch meeting. Problem is the neighbours around the corner who are not even effected by the 6 stone weakling playing his music loud turn up at every meeting bring a bag of out of date crisps but take more and more sandwiches each time and then talk about him when they have gone. There is also the speccie eyed lawyer twat with the detached house furthest away that thinks his house is the best even though its actually falling apart but keeps buying the 6 stone weaklin

"Bully" lived there first I think you will find.
-
So you just keep your music cranked up turning the volume up a bit by bit every day pissing off your neighbours and expect no repercussions ? Not going to happen, it really is that simple.
-
Or..............you could just turn your music down apologise for upsetting everyone in the street and live peacefully. The sensible way out.
-
Spoken like a true annoying neighbour that pisses everyone off in his street but wants to be the victim when he gets his comeuppance.
-
Or................ If I lived the other side of the 6st weakling and he done my nut in blasting the music and refused to turn it down after being asked politely I'd support the "bully's" actions. The perceived aggressor isn't always the actual aggressor.

Well J D Vance just knocked it out the park in Munich. Bets there's a few squeaky bums in high places especially the UK as we got a special mention.

My Father was on a tug boat his entire working life and was a Captain when he retired. He used to take me when I was a kid before all the health and safety kicked in, I could never get over how a boat so small could move and manoeuvre something so big. You really dont get how big some of these ships are until you are at the side looking up.

I love watching the youtube vids of people opting out of the rat race and choosing to live in Alaska in a isolated log cabin or the UK in a van tucked up in a lay by. The thing is every single one of them still has to pay the "man" at some stage, none are truly self sufficient. It goes back to what I said originally, wealth is all relative.

I think we proved our point Arry
