He's soft as grease although having said that he can't really be trusted around snappy/barking dogs he doesn't know.

Neither of these are workers, the pup's only 12 weeks, but we live in the sticks so they see a fair bit of stuff. This was the second rabbit the older dog got yesterday, it wandered into the garden but never made it across what is left of the lawn....

Cracking picture, that's determination!

Same round me in Lincolnshire, more than we can pick ourselves just on the normal dog walking route

Ditto this, pots of jam sorted and Gin and Vodka already on the go

Made some bramble whisky last year and around Christmas time, gave it a try and it was garbage so added a bit more sugar. Tried it again a month or so later and still garbage so just left it. Decided to bottle it anyway about a month ago and it's bloody lovely now so I'm not quite sure what I'd need to do to have it drinkable after 12 weeks or so, must have missed something.......

really depends on how easily traumatised he is, was he watching at the time?

Hello all, I have a contact through another site that needs a bit of ferreting work doing for one of his customers. It's not a huge problem but no shooting and minimal digging allowed. There's a warren on one side of the property and the other is waste land where they're coming under a fence. If anyone fancies it then please PM me with a few details about yourself and I'll pass on the information to the fella concerned. If you need more info then please let me know. Thanks....

Just had a bloke down the pub offer me 8 legs of venison for £100, do you reckon that's too dear?

I don't think it's much of a pup now...

Evening everyone, I'm new here so bear that in mind I have a 12 week old Lakeland from working parents and although I didn't buy him to be a working dog I wouldn't mind if he was keen on the mice and stuff we get here. So my question is at what sort of age would he start to show an interest in those sort of things? If we get a Pheasant fly up on his little walks it gives him a bit of a fright although if he sees a bird sat he will run at it. Just interested in when the natural instincts truly kick in. Thanks.....
