    A Jog Cart

Saw a clip from the new Warrener dvd, Mooching Way and Hunting Day, a couple of nights ago. The clip had him in a jog cart being pulled by a Vanier, a vanier that winged very badly but other than that a nice horse. I am wondering if the cart he was in was built there in England and if anybody has a link. It looked as it would fit my Halflingers very nicely. Dan

Thanks tj, does that mean the post no longer exsists aswell? Dan
  4. Along time ago when the earth was green There were more kinds of animals than youve ever seen There was cats and rats....... Sorry Irish Rovers Flash back However a long while ago there was a post on here with a bunch of pictures of highland ponies in harness bringing down stags. I have looked and can not find it anywhere. If someone remembers the post and could pass on the info I would be very thankful. And if anyone has any pictures of highland, fell dartmoore ponies working I would love to see them. Thanks Dan
  5. Black Squirrels are a color phase of the Grey Squirrel. The two will be seen in the same areas and will breed between the two colors. It is not uncommon to have both grey and black in the same litter. You will find however that the more breeding that takes place the more black color phase you will see as it is a dominant color gene. Meaning that after one generation of of black x grey the young will carry both black and grey color genes. At this point a black has a dominat black gene, and a grey will have a resessive black gene. looks like this: Black=BLK x blk Grey= GRYx blk Fr

Sorry to hear this Maaccy. I hope he gets them back. NTTF
  11. Appolo, You could use a corn feeder pipe, sour mash, a cresote post, or sow in heat scent post. Personnally I perfer the sow in heat and the cresote posts. For some reason the hogs love the smell of creosote and love to rub on it. The posts are very easy to make....useing jute or hemp rope roughly 1 inch thick wrap the rope around a post....(a tree will work as well).....from ground level up about two feet, securing with a hangmans knot. This way there are no ends for the pigs to play with. Pour cresote or sow i heat scent over the rope. We would set these up on the edge of cover and

    What would you do

LurcherBitch my Luv, It has been a while since I was last on here and even longer since you and I have cibits. First off for the smoking, do what I did get sick and confined to bed for 2 1/2 months with no access to them it makes things sooooooo much easier. As for the your problem child, if the bitch in heat does not work try going back to the trap, but change from a wire trap to a wooden box trap...I am sure I can get a set of plans for you if needed. There is a good chance that he is associating the wire trap to a wire kennel and that is why he is avoiding it. Dont give up on
  13. Does anyone on here have these series ? If so what do you think of them? NTTF
