    Always carried a break stick or something similar since I was about 15. Have even used a lighter as one, I think all dog owners should be made to carry one and shown how to use it. They're tremendous tools and could pregnant Also be used on a fox of he wouldn't let go of the dog. If you won't/ don't have a break stick just do as suggested with the choking method but break stick won't damage a dog in any way shape or form.

    Few things.... Firstly well done and thanks for getting rid of 3 twats in one go. Still yet to work out what fl vids were about. Secondly mods keep up what your doing the sites the best on the net, the numbers say so! Thirdly banning ips and emails is peace of piss to get past so I'd imitate the mongs will all be back Fourthly these private sites are all run by egotistical looneys that will get themselves and everyone else on there site into trouble and as soon as you disagree with them they ban you. Also don't worry no one is missing anything as the people post the same topics

    Make it private or vouched for and people think they're safe and get silly then antis etc. have to infiltrate the site to see what's be hidden. Perhaps a preban section of work and for qu.s, pin the topics - deer, fox and hare. How people entered to them before the ban and don't allow any other sections on there

    Sorry just read the post and it's not worded the best but surely rather the lock it reword it for the young lad so he can get some help. Whether the mods like it or not people are going to continue to hunt fox, hare and deer so why not make it so the young lads can get help and not f**k up there dogs? All it needs is a bit of rewording

    The books tend to be opiNionated drivel, have read a few and you can always see what the persons chosen sport was as that sectioned was well written the rest would just be guesses. Could perhaps read running dog maintenance to learn about the dog but wouldnt suggest any on how to work the dog

    IMO only bulls can have gameness as gameness is the willing to continue once fatigued or losing without self preservation. All Lurchers have self preservation and will quit if pushed to avoid being hurt where as a bull would die rather than lose ( not all bulls)

    Graham it's not the start of this dog going bad it's just it's not under proper control, get it under control and it's sorted! Dotty I was taught exactly the same as your teaching yours and will teach mine the same. I've been around high driven dogs all my life and am yet to have ever been bitten until I started working dogs and then got bit by quarry not dogs. Children need to have respect for dogs and walking away I'd better than getting involved.

    Few things to do with a dog aggressive staff - Keep it on a lead when in public Learn to break it so you don't get pinned and it don't take 5 minutes Few other things - A dog isn't going to bite a human to get to another dog on most occasions It wasnt lucky he knew to put his foot on the staffs knock because that achieves f**k all it was unlucky that in a pub full off people noone knew how to break a dog, it doesn't take 6 people ( op, dog owner and 4 others) 5 minutes to break and dog off should take 1 maybe 2 guys about 20 secs From what I've read the only people on
