if you pass the dsc level 1 are you then regarded as a trained hunter? and then if you register as a food business can you then shot, process and sell vennison as long as its under 300 carcasses per year, proper records kept and it is killed and sold locally? If not what qualifications would i need to sell the vennison i process at home? cheers
