  1. I was learning about the dogs before i had one then an offer came around on the pups so i went and got them. But ill pick up things on the way.
  2. hi sorry took so long getting back to you i give mine alot of chicken very high protine and plent of caculam in it great for pups but just be carefull not to just feed this on its own as they also need red meat ie beef i also feed a bit of liver lamb fish plenty of oil ie sunflower codliver oil and olive oil then supplement with sa37 and and if i feel there are not getting enough red meat a few iron tablets hope this helps can i ask is this your first pup or dog ? why you took two pups on at same time ? robert Thanks for the info Yes this is my first pup first hunting dog reall
  3. I heard there is some other wormer too called milbemax, which is the best that or drontal and easiest to get ? and wheres the easierst place to get them ?pet shop
  4. Thanks moll, they get any scraps there is think im going to worm them first then give it a go. I was out walking last week to any the terrier caught 2 bunnies only small ones, but i brought them home an gutted them and they devoured the whole lot

  6. Thanks for the repilies, What do you give them raw robert ? aye i was thinking they needed wormed but justdidnt no the best stuff to do the job right. ill try worm them and start a raw diet and see how that goes hopefully they will start to put the weight on
  7. i have two bull x pups which are both 16weeks old, they are a little bit on the skinny side so im trying to build them up. Ive been feeding the pedro dry dog food but they dont seem to be putting on any weight atall with it anyone got any advice on the best thing for building them up with ?thanks Ronan
  8. Thanks everyone for feed back a suppose having the dog weary inst to bad considering it being protective, aslong as i cant get it trust me and listen to me, ill just have to take it day by day and put the work in a.t.b everyone

Thanks everyone for the posts very helpfull, I have two other 4month old grey x collie x bull pups aswell and shes always down at the dog crying to get out at them she loves getting out with them 2 to play and shes very lively, When i put her out the back on her own and i go out she is a bit warey but if shes with the pups she grand and will come straight up to you no bother she wont eat of anyones hand but my hand which at the start she would not even eat atall ! When i walk her she usally has her tail between her legs but if i let the lead out as much as i can her tail comes out and she do
  10. Thanks for reply ive tried that but when anyone comes close to her she stops or jumps and trys to get away, shes a great dog very quick, just need to get the fear out of her
  11. Just got a 6 month old saluki cross, was locked in a barn for most of its time and im nearly sure it was hit or shouted at alot, trying to get it to trust me and used to me. Was never walked on a lead but have took it out loads and got it used to walking just needed to get it to come round to people. anyone got any tips on how ? would really help thanks !!
