    This year we have seen a decline in the local songbird population, I had been nailing the squirrels hard, but after seeing a mob of magpies I decided to do something about it. My parents were throwing out a old dog cage, and rather than throwing it away I decided to make something out of it. Safe to say it works!! Had three in the first day. Hopefully more to follow

    I seen someone else’s post it not so long back, believe it might be on another forum. I had never heard of it before, but the person who posted swore by it...hence why I asked the question if other people have tried this method.i my self use bird puller like stavross in the first post

    Here's a photo of the knife I have been working on, now all finished. This is the first knife of its kind I have worked on. I know it's not everyone's cup of tea, but just something a little different to pass the time

    I'm making a knife out of deer antler, it's the first time iv ever used it, I have gone for reindeer antler but as I'm sanding it it's turning a reddish colour, How come this is happening?I want a nice purl white finish

    I have had a few over the years, Altberg are very good, I had the defenders which I think are the best cheap boot around, I also had the gamekeeper which are even better. Hanwag sf are a nice boot too. I had danner boots but they were too tight for me so sold them to a friend, which he rates highly. Karrimor sf boots are good for the money too, but I preferred the defenders

    Hi, I want to make a knife I have had a quick look round on the net, and I like two knifes from different makers. One from Alan wood, and the other from Swc hand made knives. My question is, which is better out the two, and is there anything else to consider

    Some are longer than others, the hazel one in the middle is perfect size for me, wouldn't want one smaller than that, out of all them I prefer the two on the left

    Yeah I know what you mean, but a dog can only be as good as it has been trained. I'd have other dogs, but I'd want to know what crosses are in them.

I have four that I like, shame I couldn't have all of them to compare Whippet greyhound Bedlington whippet Bedlington greyhound Bedlington whippet X greyhound I know smooth hair is harder to come across with the bedlington, but that would be a nice bonus
