    Interesting stuff. Socks how much exercise do your pups get from very young (3 months onwards) out of interest? So much conflicting advice out there, my current 4 month old pup is out messing around in the garden most of the day, then on a couple of 20 min stroll's on the lead per day, bit running with other dogs when she gets the chance. Know I should be patient but would love to have her out for a bit longer, but paranoid about doing too much I think your doing the right thing I think a hour out with the pup wouldn't hurt you can see when it's had enough I started mine walking long di

    Cheers haymin and snoopdog wasn't talkin about you and trust me my dog has very tight feet and strong and she is very healthy she went vets couple weeks ago again just for a general check up and weight and it's a vets that deal with working animals and farms vet said she is un perfect condition and trust lads my dogs health is everything to me not just fitness legs feet eyes coat so on

    Not really won't make a difference till she starts to work and she loves it so I'm happy to keep her fit by running behind the car and a mooch in the evening

    I mooch with mine every evenin for a hour or two and as for old fashion no different from running them next to the bike as I said I only do 10 mph for 6 miles

    If that's what you think I suppose your right I only drive 10mph and I only started running her behind the car when she 9 months and she doing great I built her up to 6 mile a day I did 3 mile for a week the 4 mile for a week and thanks for your concern I know enough about lurchers and know I like my lurcher to get fit and strong ready for the comin season like to see them very fit healthy and well muscled for a good night's graft not like most I know I want my lurcher at full health and fitness for her job and hher own health thanks for ya concern tho
