Judging by the comments on the Daily Mail article the RSPCA have upset a lot of people! The SHG ( http://the-shg.org/ ) have a petition for a charities ombudsman to try and stop this kind of thing from happening and hopefully to try and bring the RSPCA under some sort of control.
