reading through this it seems that the people defending billy are the ones with his offspring and none of them have said they have seen the dog work. of the ones that have seen him work all have said he spewed. i dont know any of them except one who is a friend (sd) and whos word i trust and he has seen it more than once as they had the dog on a trial. i aint taking anyones side but out of all the people praising him surely one of them is S.E mate and can ask him to verify what has been said. i have had and do have dogs out of that line (not directly out of billy). in my opinion when the dog w

the best dog I have seen at brians in the last 10 years was a dog called britain.a real nice solid well put together dog. slightly broken coat and good strong head. brian said he was iron hard and I think it went t someone in nottingham. he told me he liked his dogs to be at least 1/8 border. if you see his dogs he has now there pug snouts are very bordery.

was told by brian himself he used l.oakes borders on his bitches. he still gets rough haired dogs in litters and said he just puts a smooth dog back over em. my first dog off him when I was 15 out of mickey. 25 year ago and had stuff out of miner. no different in working style just smaller. last one I had out of miner x bramble he gave him me when he was 14 month old cos he was too big at 13".

we all go on about only having pups from dogs that have been tested to the max but how many on here have dogs bred from well bred dogs tht have spent their life on a chain. for example goulds spartacus. there must be thousands of ofspring out there that work and how many times was the dog dug to, not many. not slagging the dog had pups myself from him, some good ones too and used to be good mates with ken when the dog was around, flint too but dosnt it kind of blow the theory out of the water. thoughts please.

Alright mate. The father to these pups is a dog called jud and the mother was a smooth bully type bitch out of kieth and rose or so I was told. The jud dog is supposedly out of rock. Is this right can't understand why anyone would want to lie abou how a dog is bred. Where u from do you know any of the lads from mexborough, conisbro area.
