Good evening forum this is a pointless debate there good and bad for each side first rregarding irish dogs sold for big money I myself was there when j critmore offered 15k for lucas the same man paid 12k for gaskins tramp j jeffard. Paid lot money for lucas sister onn the english side the irish lads know yous need english blood in there lines to strength them why do a lot irish lads spend lot money time of work to come over because they know its good test of there dogs great land proper runs a lot irish lads complain to us they don't get to see there runs once the quarry goes behind hedge the

good evening jim,hope this a genuine post its a shame i have to ask that but on this site lucas gets a lot of bad press ,i have seen him run this last 2 years he is such a fine dog ,one of the best i have seen in 35 years ,he has everything ,looks,good feet ,and in my opinion a good dog should run and catch anywhere small land or big land and lucas does this ,as jim ford once said any dog catches three regulary is in the top five in the country and in the many times i have seen lucas run he has caught four and five regulary but jim the best thing i can telll u get yourself out with gorer next
