    As far as i can see and am concerned, at the moment its not the law that you have to inform anybody. So it is up to the individual, I don't. My permission page that the land owner signs, has on there hours that i can shoot. My permission is situated in the middle of no where, but still has one neighbour to which i introduced myself to him at my first sighting of him. I have taken this on as a matter of manners, i had a chat with him and explained that Mr X had called me in to try to reduce the numbers of vermin to which he was glad that something was being done about the problem.     This seems to me to be rather a strange topic. If the hunter is finding that the rabbit/squirell are in a shortage then surely its up to the hunter to bring it up with land owner. If the owner has an opinion on the matter i.e. Horse paddock or farmer being eaten out of a profit, then they might want the problem cleared of all. But the land owner with the big garden or the gardener with the alotment may want a few but only a few left, then its different. After all said and done, we have to ask permission to hunt the land. It's the landowners choice, you bring it up with them. But at the end

    Si, Me sleeping in my van is my only way of possibly getting some sleep. I haven't been able to sleep laying in the normal positions due to a few reasons, the first one being my back problem. So lets fill you in a bit Si, several years ago i had leg ulsers that meant that i couldn't have anything on my legs (quilt or sheets) so i had to sleep in a chair with legs elevated (PART1). I now possibly need an operation on my back due to narrowing of my spinal canal, which means i get terrible pain in back and down legs. (PART2). This is still after i have lost 16 stone in weight.
