    I love my shooting like you say warts an all, and your right sensible ranges with accurate shooting happy days but in the bread basket pot shots is out of order. I hear people say I'm the best shot I'll put 20 rounds at 400 yards with my 223 or 224 four whatever into a two inch group, so shoot the animal in the head if your that confident I say.     I no the laws obviously or wouldn't have the weapons I do, also I'm far from an anti I love fresh meat wether it walks or flies. It was only a question I asked after a conversation with a friend about why can you basically strangle rabbits with snares poison rats till they bleed to death and rdgardless what the law says fox still get torn up with hounds yet a clean head shot at less than 30 meters with a hollow point is classed illegal and inhumane.     I agree entirely but as I have not shot one and asked would you it was more about ethics than breaking laws, at the end of the day the internet is filtered and we all leave an http trail so if the old bill want you they'll no where you are with a touch of a button.     Not to sure on the laws, I figured if they were head shot it'd be instant you no between the eye and ear. It doesn't make sense to me how you can neck shoot them or shoulder surely that's more inhumane than a round straight threw the brain I mean you wouldn't shoot a rabbit or fox in the body or neck by choice surely?     No a .22 is no where near legal and the land I have is deemed fit for fac, it's on top of a place called haldon in Devon real steep surrounded by woodland I can only think they come into the garden area to escape the wind and bed down in a cop 27 meters away. Ill probably just use the 303 when the kids stay out or at that range maybe the 243 but can see one now and thought well the rimmie would be quite and I could place it within sort of 5 mm.

    If you had roe deer sleeping in your garden and eating your shrubs, then settling down for the night less than 30 meters away would you head shoot them with a .22 rimfire?     I have watched the video and I commend you on your shooting any animal would be dead no doubt top man!!!!! If I were measuring my five shots I would have drawn a one inch square and tried to get all five shots in it, maybe we'll have to agree to disagree on the way groups are measured. That said I wouldn't like to be a rabbit in your scope, and how f*****g quite is your gun I like that I like it a lot.
