Glad its not just me then LOL. I,ve done a lot of rabbitting with ferrets and rifles/shotguns but never worked a running dog.Well after a visit to a good friend who had just got himself a whippet I,ve gone and put my name down for a pup from a litter thats being planned for this summer! I,ve had dogs 30 years but they were terriers and gundogs so any advice regarding any aspect of training a whippet for work would be gratefully recieved. Soory about the thread hijack BTW

I,ve just got my greasy mitts on a Stealth and after browsing the web(Google is my friend LOL) I,ve been drawn to the idea of fitting a custom breech,heavier hammer/spring etc etc. Has anyone else on here gone down that route and how difficult would it be to do for a sausage-fingered half wit ?
