    Just out of interest what cartridges do you use Duncan and what would be the effective range for an humane shot while hunting ?

    that's good as I am coming 18 this December and I am gonna apply for my FAC. If the land I will be using the rifle on has already been deemed safe by someone else who already shoots there , does it need to be inspected again ?

    Also is there much of a difference in getting a .17hmr on your FAC than a .22 lr .

    What kind of ranges would you be shooting at with your .17 hmr ?

    Just been surfing the net looking at all different brands of this rifle as I am thinking of getting one. I am either going to get a .17 hmr or a .22 lr. Could anyone who has both or one of these rifles influence my choice . I know the ammo for the .17hmr is a lot more expensive than the .22lr.

    That's not to bad as I wouldn't be shooting at max power all the time , I would prob keep it around 20 ft/lb , do u think that would give you much more shots ?

    Do you know how many shots you would get with the AA buster ? And is there a power adjuster knob on the s510 ?

    I think I might get an air arms s510 Xtra fac , does anybody have any experience with these that could recommend them ?

    I live in Northern Ireland and got myself an hw97kt last year , I'm now looking to find myself a pcp to put on my FAC , could anybody recommend an Fac pcp that has plenty of shots per fill in .177, my price range is within £500 to £900 ( that is including charging equipment ) . ATB Michael

    That would be a good idea haha was going to today but they were closed. Does it make a difference to the power as I live in NI and hold a firearms certificate I'm not limited to 12ftlb ?

    I have had my 97 for about 8 months now and I was thinking about getting it tuned. Could someone please full me in on how this will improve my rifle and will it be worth the money. Also I live in Northern Ireland and I don't know any places that do this, does anybody know if tannyoky guns&ammo in Nerwy can do it ?

    I'm having trouble measuring my distances without a rangefinder , is paving out yards just as good ?
