i dont understand what you lot are talking about. but yes most foxes i have seen dig really deep. but i have also seen mr fox only 6 foot down. not all holes are 10/15 foot. mock me if you like, but i have seen all sorts of holes under big tree embedded in banks.And yes i have 3 terriers patterdale. and 2 jrts all workers and looking to start some coursing. this is why i want a lurcher. the lad does sound as if he dont know what he is talking about, To be fare to the lad iv done alot of shooting down that way and the there not dug deep. suprising i know but i have come across them.
