  3. Used thera green lasts a long time but i just was'nt accurate with it at all ,though some folks are deadly with it .
  4. aA pigeon i got the other day ,the catty is ash with a formulated wax for wood finish the wood was dyed and then sanded with progressively finer sand papers the wraps were coated with multiple coats of laccquor ,the green squares last and last though not the fastest with bigger projectiles they will down most all game suitable for catty's it's been shown many times especially in the UK wher these squares came from in the first place ,now i've got to find some time to get out some more befor the rabbit season closes.
  5. Plugged a pigeon with it the other day with a good sized pebble ,the wood is ash ,as you can see the squares work rel good with the big stuff ,an lasts for a long time which i like the down side is it's real hard to get over here ,in fact some one from the UK sent the squares ,they are slower than most tubes i've used but they still hit with authority and as most Brits who've been shooting long they are game getters from way back think the origional Milbro's were ment to have squares for the lastic .
  6. here's one i made a while back bt just started to shoot it recently.
  7. here's one i made a while back bt just started to shoot it recently.

  9. Nice lookin catty imadrglass but i think in actuality the so called russian oive wood they say around here is actually what is called wolf willow ,makes a nice catty none the less an yer did a fine job on that one .
  10. I'm with gamerooster i like to walk a trail an shoot up into evergreen trees to try to knock out cones ,knotts on old logs stones etc ,more like hunting an some times i even get a shot at game lol.
  11. Howdy neighbor looks like yer movin along with the catty's ,we 'l have to hook up an go huntin some time ,but we really need a bit of snow out on the desert first imo ,an i got a dog a big deer hound cross with god knows what ,the sum gun can run i'l tell tah that ,take care .

  16. Iv'e done a few in laccquor works nice for a clear coat ,but i like a linseed oil mixed with a bit of turpentine an just rubbedon the wood several times then use a carnuba wax based produt to finish again rubbed on till you like the finish .
  17. Way to go ,an keep at them dogs they'l come around er they won't.
  18. Ok so would single 2050's maxed out work for hunting small game as well ?i ask because i have a few meters .
  19. So how do you measure the length of the tapered tubes ,ooops i see yah did'nt think it made much diffrence so if i max em out to my draw an cinch em up tight to some tabs would that work good with the hex nuts for hunting ? i ask because i just got some 1745 an i rigged a double set for a fellah but i have'nt rigged any of it up for me self been useing double 2050 an it hits but it is'nt much fun to use for much shooting for me because of the strength an it seems that yer more or less showing that i don't need all that power to get it done any way.
  20. Nice shot man ,so is the single work better than doubles ?
