Think the last time i ordered tubes seee Dankung an some other unknown from china, bought some new in package blue band that i never tried yet ,a friend from the UK sent me some square a time ago an it seems to last an last an thats almost exclusively what i've been packin ,though i'm gettin ready to order some 3070 from china as well just to try it out yeah right ,think the one dealer id's on the flea bay .
cut a few diffrent sized forks [diffrent gap sizes i mean an ]try a diffrent hand hold , ilike to brace with a thumb an first finger around the forks type hold ,puttin yer thumb in the center below the forks is kinda frightening imo .
Quiets the lastic imo ,can change lastic relatively quickly like if yah break one works a treat for square lastic especially imo, is a old traditional way to attach lastic .
Yeah look's like a good one i'd tab it though an then yer could use most all catty lastics ,flats, tubes ,squares etc ,but hey i just love tabs ,so was that fork naturaly that even or did yah adjust it a bit ?
Heard D2 was developed during WW2 has high chromium and less sensitive to moisture than most common carbon steels ,though hear it doesnt polish so good ,again not a big concern for a rough use woos knife imo .
I usually seal the ends with wood glue at the very least and set em aside for at least a year ,though i've heard of using a microwave to dry em out as well i never went for that ,a wood stove with the item suspended above would be more to my likeing ,or even over a heater ,a fairly closed up car or other vehicle can dry wood an other such items out quite fast also if used in the summer .
Hey Brookie good to see yer still about ,some folk's here take em though i've not gotten close enough with a catty yet i've coursed a bunch with my mutt too fast for em though i'm afraid ,would like some pointers how yer take though .
I picked up a section ,er well a package of this blue lastic looks as thick as the thera gold was wondering if any one could suggest a cut for it useing .445 er .440 lead balls for hunting ammo ?don't mean to bump in to yer thrad just thought it'd be better than starting a new one .
