He wouldn't know he doesn't dig any,he reckons it would be a pain in the hole,they have the best terriers going ,they go in kill and draw I bet they wouldn't even know the difference between a left handed and a right handed shovel lmao your right i dont dig holes. the fox can be seen in the bunker with a 1 mill candel power lamp

  5. well in the westcountry i have never known of digging, who i go out with. my dog is one of many who go out foxing. but seriously dig a whole :S ? the foxes must dig soo deep and i have never come across it in my time out. there normally about 4/6 foot. in a hedge or under big root in forrestry. and the dogs will kill it and drag it. none of this digging and the terrior is there waiting thingy. i know alot of people do it im not running it down but i have never heard of it. if it works stick with it but i wouldnt be cought digging no holes. and im 19 atb =]

  10. well its not only that. he is a strong dog. take foxes etc . hes just a generally has ballz. terriors from reading other forums not really into chasing deer.

Hello my name is nathan. im currently in the process of applying for my shotgun certificate how much is it for the first 6 years. and what is a really good shotgun 12 bore for reasonable money. i have used shotguns before but looking to now go my own way. thank you very much and everything is appriciated

I just got the wife to apply for a shotgun and fac makes life so simple she can get ammunition or bring me a gun should I need it and come renewal time I never have to worry if the renewal is delayed cause either her or my tickets cover them and hiding cabinet keys isnt' such a pain as we both have access I hope there's a condition on her ticket prohibiting her from handling any guns for 1 week each month!! lmao shes goes to anger managment for that. lol

  17. the fox has 2 options bolt from the earth if it is possible or stay and face a terrier until the owner digs down and removes them ,and no the terrier is not stuck if the fox bolts the terrier will come up if the fox stays the terrier should stay with it until dug too ahh pain in the arse lol i understand now thank you.

Lad you said in your thread about your lakeland dog ,that your father rears pheasents,so i reckon you should well know why foxes need controlling. digging them is one of the most productive and humane ways of control ,they have no natural predators in the wild so in order to keep their numbers down man has to intervene. look at the urban fox population ,9 out of 10 of them are mangey skinny specimens because they have no way of proper control on them. the reason most of us do it is control and also enjoy seen working animals doing what they where bred for(look up the meaning of the w
