For hemp oil, look in Tesco for Good Oil, third of the price that tackle shops sell it for And if you have the stomach for it lol, as it fooking stinks, prepare your hemp overnight once split, transfer to a large bucket with a seal able lid add two whole buld's of garlic, cover in water and allow to ferment for two weeks, i advise wearing a mask and latex gloves when you transfer to another bucket....

Ours are fine 12 months on disk over 7 years on tape that's the way it is amazing how lax people get over backups and just assume all is well. The government lady just on the news wouldn't commit and say yes they have backups. Going to be some stressed IT guys running about this weekend. Even with backups going to be a big job checking machines and restoring We also test our backups every month restoring data back.... one place i worked had backups but they were all corrupt so worthless, your only as good as your last restore not your last backup I cant comment on other trusts,
