    looks good mate, but try a 1000 grit on the fork tips your band will last alot longer.

    to get the best power from your bands use the right size pouch for your ammo ,if its to big it just acts like an air brake.

    if you stretch the elastic to the max you will get more power but youl get a lot less shots.

    elastic groove are too low from the top of the fork , and use bees wax instead of varnish.

    get your ammo from here http://www.ebay.co.u...90#ht_500wt_949 single thera band gold each side for 9.5mm steel . and double tb gold each side for 12mm lead or larger. the more you taper the bands the more power you get but dont last as long. it best to cut them slightly longer so the bands arnt maxed out WITH EACH SHOT and you get more shots(slightly less power BUT LAST LONGER). and when they snap NEAR the pouch you simply tie THE POUCH ON AGAIN .

    no mate i buy Davina Pilates Stretch Bands - Set of 3. ( i cut my own) iv never tried the tubes.

    i use exercise flatbands from argos. but iv used tubes ,1745 tubes and tbg in the past.

    chinese tubes are really good 6mm thick any you can get upto 900 shots with 1 band set. £8 a metre aint bad for tbg !

    what taper did you cut the tbg flat bands? you should get anthing between 150-500 shots it just depends on the taper. tubes are best for heavy ammo (lead) .

    i would use single thera -band gold each side for 9mm steel. if you use double each side youle get nasty hand slap and less power.

    9mm bearing are good enough for pigeons and rabbits. just make sure it will go through both sides of a steel food tin at your max range. (less power is needed for head shots). the gafer on here has good success with marbles so it depends what your more accurate with. what bands you using for 9mm steel?

    i couldnt wait any longer so i just bought a f1- chronograph from merlinarchery for £85 . the tight b*****ds dont even give you a battery .
