Camping down pateley bridge on easter weekend and am thinking about takeing the dog down aswell to go on a long walk as i love walking throught the country side on a nice day. Is any one familiar with the place and know a good route to walk while im there

saluki bull grey mate carnt go wrong a mate of mine has one (nothing is safe [bANNED TEXT] it gets going) and seen a few go. they got speed stamina and are game dogs, a well bred one will do the lot from ferreting to running day time big rabbs and pull out you want down. atb with what ever you chose jcm

If all you culled your pups then how would you keep the sport going, alot of people encourage young lads like myself to keep the sport going, working lurchers and enjoying it as so many people in the past have. If all the spare pups got culled people like me would not be able to get our hands on a good lurcher pup to enjoy going out and getting the dogs to catch rabbits for the pot ? I understand that alot of dogs are miss treat and sold on for profit but there is also alot of genuine people out there, the breeder just needs to suss out the genuine lads from the bellends.

Got a dog here took his first big bunny (day time) at 10 month old. Not off a slip either pushed it up him self give decent chase 21tts. My point is smaller dogs are not ideal hare dogs but are still capable of taken them in winter. Pre ban of course as the law prevents such a great sport.

Av always liked thw sound of a deerhound. x grey x saluki for day work but a think they will make good lampibg dogs also. My pup here is saluki collie beddy whip grey. Ideal lamping dog and day time work 21tts but is quick and a up and at em dog -

Alright lads n lasses just bought me self a peddle bike, was wondering what age can a dog safley jog beside a bike for a few mile without causing damage to the dog. He is a year old 24 of this month

Well since iv getting my pup from the age of 6 weeks, iv put alot of time into him with recal, retrive, not pulling on the leader while walking introduced him to ferrets and lamping and sending him into cover, which have all been sucsessfull and altho he is just under a year has the makeing of a great dog.one thing that i have never learnt him was sit and stay. which has now been covered in a day and at every chance givin i give him the sit and stay comand in which he will not move a muscle untill called whichwill be be a good comand around the rabbit warrens as ferreting with the dogs is be

[bANNED TEXT] my pup was about 15 weeks old a trew a ball for him as a was doing a bit retreiveing with him n the ball bounced over a 5 bar gat and landed just on the other side so a jumped over to pick it up n heard a raket to find that my pup had jupmed up the fence and was on pulling him self over the top of it and as ya do a had a little panic as how he would land so a ran to the fence to grab the dog off the top of the fence as he had just reached the top but he just dived straight off it. then a threw the ball over so that a had both hands free to pick up the pup and put him over the fen
