    I had the pleasure of knowing Ted Walsh through the wippet coursing club,of which he and I were members.He took some lovely photos of the dogs coursing and he loved all types of field sports.He saw the sport in some of it best times. Dogfox

    Hi Here is a photo of my Teckel pups.1 bitch and 2 dogs.I am keeping the bitch pup back and I hope she is as good as her mum for finding deer.

    Hi I have had mine for about 12 months.I have shot about 1000 cartridges through it this summer shooting pigeons and it has not missed a beat.Well worth the money.

    Hi The teckel will not pull down a deer but when they get upto a deer they will hold a deer to bay whilst you finish it off with another bullet.They have a fantastic nose and will follow a blood trail for miles.You do not want your dog to mix it because it might get damage.All you want it to do is to hold the animal which you have wounded to bay so you can finish it off.

    Hi Never had two with an air rifle.But I have had 2 rabbits with a 22 rim and this passed season I have shot twice and had two foxes with one shot and I have also had two fallow with one shot

    Hi Compo I jope you have more luck than I have had trying to breed of a teckel .I have tried my bitch to 3 dogs and I have had no luck so far.The Teckel is know as being a very difficult dog to breed.I would also like to hunt a small pack on rabbits and just keep one back for deer stalking.

    Hi I have Teckel bitch and she is great.I use her for deer stalking and she has found a few which would have taking me a long time to find.She will also hold to bay deer if they are wounded.She has only ever tackled one fox which was wounded and she tuck in to it so I could dispatch it.I was very supprise as she is a soft dog by nature. She will walk to heel and sit at the bottom of an high seat all day long if you ask her.She has her moments but I would not change her for the world and I will have another one.
