Russell-Man

can anyone give me some advice as my russell keeps barking in dogs faces when he goes up to them but he dont do anything else so wondered how i could discipline him.

i was wondering if it was anything to do with him pulling hard on the lead

my 15 month old jack russell has been coughing every now and again for about 2 months and also when he pants if i pull on his collar he will wheeze and cough so i just wondered if any one can give me some advice.
