    Pups are six months old now and doing well! Fen has reached 21 ¼” and weighs just over 37 lb Lucy 20 ¼” and just over 30 lb Few pic’s below taken on the beach this evening.

    So, what's wrong with your lurcher?...Doe's it not do the job for you?.....Can you find homes for the surplus six to eight pups you don't want? If your lurcher does the job then look for something similar, if you can answer the above queries!..Don't breed.....Good luck

    It can be hit and miss with lurcher to lurcher breeding, unless you've seen your lurchers line over the years/generations you can't be sure what it will throw!.....I have been lucky with my Meg as I know her siblings were of a similar stamp as were the second litter from her parents, Meg produced a well balenced litter litter recently

    Meg started with the freezer!....Opened the door and knocked the draw fronts off and took frozen joints won in the meat raffle weighing 1.5kg each and ate the fecking lot!...Now she regularly opens the fridge if I forget to wedge the door shut and clears me out....I take it as a prompt to worm her... ..I was given a pheasant curry one night down the pub, in a sealed container of course, I stuffed it under the seat out of harms way.. ...but she got under the seat and retrieved it... ...

    Brindle for me!....Pups of that young age don't always show even growth, some pups at around the five month age are right ugly feckers growing out of proportion. Happens with all living things! Good luck with the pups, go with your heart....I kept two from my bitch's litter as I couldn't decide either....

    Assuming the pup is well try making the food more appealing to it, mix in some rice or tripe or scramble an egg with goats milk. Works with mine and they have each other to compete with unlike yours.
