  1. As we farm pigs we know alot of farmers who of course have rats, i was talking to this dairy farmer about my terrier pup who i was soon hoping to get him his firts rat. The farmer said i could set a trap and see what i get, the next day i got a phonecall from him say ing i had a mudda fecker of a rat! Becae it was the pups first rat i wasn't too sure if he'd be alright with it so i phoned up my mate who bred him and he said he'd bring george's mum. One we arrived both dogs sprinted to the cage and this monster of a rat greated them by having a right go at them through the mesh, all hyped up we

  5. Hi guys, i'm looking for a shotgun to do a bit of roughshooting whith, but i'm not sure what a good one would be to start off with. I'm 14 and i go beating and go shooting with air rifles so i am not completely knew to shooting. So could anyone poin me in the right direction? Many thanks Keelan
  6. I just thought i'd update you on my pup, he is now 18 weeks old and just wondering is this too early to start him on rats? His sister has had 3 but they were young ones, this weekend we should hopefully be able to go bushing with my mate who owns him mum and 2 lurchers. My other has a load of rats near him so it wouldn't be hard to get some. Look forward to some advice

  12. Great! We collected it sunday so it is now frozen, is this alright? The sausages might not be ready tomorrow but there is a chance they might. I will PM you now mate.

  14. the shoulder are put into the sausages as it is the best cut to use, so you wont have a rolled shoulder joint but instead you get spare rib joints and leg joints
  15. No worries Rex but thanks anyway Ken I am near salisbury in wiltshire, the aproximate weight is 40Ib half a pig with this you will get: 5Ib of sausages,belly slices, loin chops, boned and rolled leg joints and spare rib joints and some diced pork. Oh and offal if you want it.
  16. The weights go from 34kg to 49kg so the prices will vary and we've got all the cuts

  18. Half a pig: From £90 (Depending on weight) This includes: Boned and rolled joints, sausages, chops, belly slices/slabs and diced pork. Quarter of a pig: From £50 Same as the half but halved Invidual joints, sausages, chops, diced pork and belly slices are also available. This is great pork, just like it was in the olden days
  19. Just an update he will be 11 weeks old this friday and will be having his last jab! i can't wait!!
