hi I think it was june 2000& sumthing, we charted a small boat from the local tackle shop in Clearwater. the skipper pick the three of us up in tampa we headed along the coast at Clearwater.we had a small boat with a central ,cockpit, the skipper drove the boat from up top, so he could spot fish.. tarpon to the port side,we firered in green backs & three rods loaded with live bait. strike 10 back flips up to the boat & ping he,s gone. the one &only strike on the day we headed for Sarasota a deep man made inlet with big rocks to form the walls. a American gi dropped in
